WHAT IS SUSHI?

Many people think sushi means “raw fish” but it actually means “seasoned rice”. Sushi is a marriage of vinegared rice to other ingredients including chicken, beef, fish and vegetables.

Go Sushi in the begining

From the first restaurant, which opened in late 1999, and the second, which won Best Restaurant at the Brisbane Fine Food Festival in 2000, Go Sushi’s reputation has set standards that its competitors are trying to match.

Incorporating the high standards, quality and service of a restaurant, with the latest Sushi Robot technology, Go Sushi has a proven and successful formula for both customers and franchise partners. No previous experience as a sushi chef is required for a Go Sushi franchise.

Go Sushi now has franchised stores throughout Australia with many more planned this year. International Franchises are also underway in France with other countries in negotiation.
