"The store is growing so quickly"
Mark Blake, April 2011
"We've now been Go Sushi Franchise Partners for 6 years. We had a successful Go Sushi business in Toowoomba but at the end of our lease had to relocate.
The Go Sushi team were just fantastic, negotiating a new lease, designing and setting up a new store to protect our initial investment. Nothing was too much trouble to the head office team. We were obviously concerned about moving location but the new store has just gone from strength to strength.
Our sales are increasing in double digits month on month, and year on year sales are up by over 20%. Our store is fully managed, we wanted a business that could "stand on its own two feet" without us being there all the time, and give us a good passive income.
Go Sushi is absolutely doing this and we are really pleased with our investment. So much so, we are looking for another location to do another Go Sushi. "
GO SUSHI MYER CENTRE, ALBURY
FRANCHISE PARTNERS:

"We saw a really good market opportunity for sushi in Albury & now we're trading, the store is going well" Jo-Anne Watt, April 2011
"We approached Go Sushi after seeing a gap in the market for Sushi in Albury. Go Sushi then sprang into action. They found a great site for us, negotiated the lease, built the store, trained us and we opened our store just before Xmas 2010. We were obviously nervous about starting the new business: the capital outlay and potential risks involved. But the store has been a success! Our marketing activity has now kicked in, getting people to know where we are. The support from Head Office has been fantastic. They've really supported us operationally. We're certainly keen to look at a 2nd store in regional NSW very soon! "
WHY FRANCHISING
1. DETAILED TRAINING.The franchisor provides detailed training and continuing assistance from the franchisor such as; manufacture, preparation, accounting, business controls, marketing, promotion and merchandising..
2. ESTABLISHED & REPUTABLE BRAND. The franchisee benefits from operating under the name and reputation (brand image) of the franchisor, which is already well established in the mind and eye of the public.
3. NATIONAL SCALE ADVERTISING. The franchisee receives the benefit on a national scale (if appropriate) of the franchisors advertising and promotional activities at a lower cost than if they were to attempt such marketing themselves.
4. CHEAPER PRODUCTS. The franchisee taps into the bulk purchasing power and negotiating capacity made available by the franchisor by reason of the size of the franchised network.
5. HELP FROM EXPERTS. The franchisee can call on the specialised and highly-skilled knowledge and experience of the franchisor's head office organisation, while remaining self-employed in their business. The franchisee also has the services of the field operational staff of the franchisor who are there to assist with any problems which may arise from time to time in the course of business.
6. REDUCED RISKS. The support and benefits provided by a Franchise system greatly reduce a franchisee's business risks.
Franchising has proven to be one of the most dynamic management tools to emerge from the 20th century. Companies with a good product or service concept can expand at a faster rate because of the commitment of individual franchisee’s who are in business for themselves, but not by themselves.
You can own and operate your own business, with access to an established and proven system, plus have the benefits of access to ongoing research and development of new products and services.
Being part of a franchise system also gives you group purchasing power, with established supply networks. All the negotiations and hard work are done for you.
Franchising gives you access to the advantages of group marketing and advertising. There is no need for you to have any previous marketing experience, as we have the knowledge to provide you with the initial and ongoing support to help you develop local store marketing initiatives.
With full operational training provided, Go Sushi Franchise Partners are provided with all the tools necessary to start their business fully prepared and ready for success!
Franchising is a blend of the advantages of big business and small business by marrying the benefits of each, the personal commitment, initiative and contacts of small-scale local business, with the management systems, economic power, technological facilities and financial resources of a large-scale business enterprise.
